Last Friday night, my guild had a dinner meeting and did I ever score big! In basketball terms, it was a three pointer from half court!
A fellow guild member was cutting down on her stash inventory. What choice did I have but to help her out??!! Pinks and purples…count me in!
I needed a few more greens, these will do just fine!
Below are some Christmas shirtings that will make a nice table runner or topper.
Bold and bright florals…I can work with these!
These teals will go well with some neutrals I have on hand.
Sandy is coming to visit in August for a sister sew-a-thon. We’ll be digging in to these fabrics and creating new patterns to share with all of you. Stay tuned…more free, scrappy quilt patterns coming your way soon!
That is an awesome score of fabric! I’m ready to handle the scraps when you’re done 🙂
Haha, there are plenty to go around!
Nice! And new fabric always gives me a lift!
Yes, it’s fun to dream!
Hi Cindy,
It’s hard for me to tell which of you is writing, but this time you left me a huge clue!! WOWEE! I’ll say it is easily worthy of the three point name. I LOVE that Christmas shirting fabrics, and those greens look so fun! Not to mention those last two teals – oooooh, nice. I can’t wait to see where these go in August! Happy Tuesday! ~smile~ Roseanne
Thanks, Roseanne! Sandy is the real writer, I just pretend a lot!
It is a score…I look forward to seeing happy creations with your sister soon.
Yes, we will have a lot of fun with all these scraps PLUS the scraps I already have!
Wow, you got some nice pieces. I grabbed quite a bit of yardage, mostly in yellow-golds and purples, at my guild auction this spring. No idea what I will do with it but now I have plenty of both! 🙂
I am lacking golds and purples…I’ll be on the lookout for a bargain!
That was like fabric porn – I loved looking at the images and I think you selected well!
