When Sandy and I decided to start our blog and pattern design company we wanted a logo that spoke to our rural roots.
These are the two barns on our family farm. Although they are very weathered, they used to be painted a beautiful shade of gray. Most of the barns in our corner of the world were painted red and I was always proud that our barns were painted a different color. Hmm, perhaps our family has always been a bit non-traditional!
We sent the picture above to a wonderful and talented graphic designer, Natalie Dalton of Natalie Dalton Designs.
Natalie took our barn picture and turned it into a logo that we absolutely love! It speaks to our rural heritage and to our love of quilting.
Thank you, Natalie! We LUV, LUV, LUV our logo!
